- Cambridge FCE, TOEIC 650, TOEFL-PBT 500, TOEFL-IBT 65, TOEFL-CBT 175, Royal Cambridge College standard test or successful completion of PET level at Royal Cambridge College
- Entrance interview and essay required

Food catering: Understanding food and customer service

Week 4 - 6 Customer Care |
Food catering: Preparing and running a catering event
Bar service: Introduction to liquor
Correspondence: Writing styles and tips for business emails, letters
Accommodation: Reservations, describing hotel and resort features
Dealing with money: Handling payments, different currencies etc.
Travel situations: Describing places, car rental, giving directions etc.
Handling problems: Handle customers with complaints, dealing with awkward situations

Week 7 - 8 Safety, and Industry Certification |
Managing Medical Emergencies: Vocabulary and procedures for medical emergencies
Food Safety Level 1 certificate: Safe food handling and preparation
Local attractions: Giving advice, understanding published travel literature
Career Opportunities: Customized lessons to prepare for entry into the hospitality workforce
